Moses Ugwulo

Hello, I'm

Moses Ugwulo

Software Engineer

Hi, I'm Moses, a developer who likes building and automating things with code. Most of my projects lean towards cloud and DevOps (CLI tools, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code), but I also build games, and honestly I'll make just about anything whenever I get a burst of motivation, spot something worth automating, or want a tool for my own personal use. I love programming and problem-solving, and I'm always chasing the next thing to learn.

Where I've worked

Experience

  1. Feb 2026 – Present

    Field Support Engineer · PepsiCo

    Cork, Ireland

    • Provide on-site and remote technical support across enterprise infrastructure for end users, resolving network, hardware, and software incidents within SLA via ServiceNow ticket workflows.
  2. Feb 2025 – Feb 2026

IT Service Desk Technician · Intercept Pharmaceuticals

    Cork, Ireland

    • Developed Okta Lens, a C# WinForms application that extended Okta's native search with flexible group searching and dynamic pagination, speeding up user and group lookups during daily admin work.
    • Built a GitHub Actions workflow that pulled Okta device data via the API and emailed daily reports to the manager, replacing a console-only alternative.
  3. Jan 2023 – Aug 2023

    DevOps Engineer Intern · Intel

    Limerick, Ireland

    • Supported a team-wide Jenkins migration by evaluating an internal migration plugin, writing documentation, and migrating Jenkins jobs and configurations onto the new infrastructure.
    • Debugged Jenkins build failures via Jira tickets by checking logs and adjusting configuration for environmental issues, or routing back to engineering teams when the issue was in their code.
    • Built a STEM Challenge web application with a small team for student interview preparation, deployed to a hosted link for a demo session.

Things I've built

Projects

AzAudit

A Python CLI tool that scans Azure resources against YAML-defined compliance rules and generates audit reports flagging resources that don't meet them. The rule engine is configurable, so new checks are added by writing YAML rather than changing code.

  • Python
  • Azure SDK
  • CLI
